I started Sister Healing Centre because I know firsthand how challenging it can be to face mental health struggles. Those moments of feeling overwhelmed and alone are what inspired me to create a space where women can feel supported, understood, and empowered to thrive.
With a background in Bachelor of counselling and psychology, I combine personal experience with evidence-based techniques to provide a holistic and compassionate approach to mental health care. I work with women navigating challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship issues, and I’m especially passionate about helping expats who face unique struggles while living abroad.
I’m continually expanding my knowledge to offer the best support possible.
I’m currently studying nervous system-informed care and completing my yoga teacher training, which allows me to integrate alternative and holistic approaches into therapy.
