Hi, I’m Tennille. I’m a therapist, a mum of two, and the founder of Sister Healing.

Hi, I’m Tennille. I’m a therapist, a mum of two, and the founder of Sister Healing.

I bring warmth, compassion, and a steady presence to my work with women. I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially during times of change, uncertainty, or when you’ve been carrying things quietly for a long time. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and gently supported, without pressure to rush or be anywhere other than where you are.


Sister Healing was created as a calm, supportive space for women to explore their inner world and feel less alone with what they’re carrying. My work is grounded in nervous system informed, evidence based approaches, always tailored to each woman’s unique experiences, needs, and pace. I hold qualifications in counselling and psychology and work in a way that is both professional and deeply human.


Alongside my professional training, I also bring lived experience of ADHD and the lasting effects of stress and adversity. This shapes the way I understand overwhelm, emotional intensity, self doubt, and the experience of trying to function in a world that often asks too much. While these are not specific focuses of my work, this understanding allows me to meet many women with greater empathy and flexibility.

I support women through challenges such as anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, chronic health concerns, and life transitions. Our work together is collaborative and gentle, focused on building understanding, safety, and practical ways forward at a pace that feels right for you.


I am also a mum to two daughters, which continues to shape my understanding of the emotional load women carry and the realities of everyday life. This lived experience, alongside my professional training, informs the way I hold space for the women I work with.

Therapy may include reflective conversation, grounding practices, and gentle body awareness, depending on what feels supportive for you. The focus is always on creating a sense of safety, steadiness, and clarity, both during sessions and beyond.
