Acceptance of Terms
By booking a therapy session with Sister Healing Centre or engaging in our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, we will be unable to provide services. These terms apply to all future bookings without the need for re-acceptance.

• Severe chest pain, heart attack, or stroke
• Breathing difficulties or loss of consciousness
• Severe bleeding or loss of normal limb function
• Persistent unrelieved pain or unexplained weight loss
• Suicidal thoughts or ideation

For emergencies, call 000 (Australia) or visit your local emergency department.

Disclaimer Sister Healing Centre and its therapists act in the capacity of qualified mental health professionals but are not medical doctors, psychiatrists, or other licensed medical practitioners. The advice provided during therapy sessions should not replace medical or psychiatric advice.

Medical Advice: We do not offer medical diagnosis or treatment.
No Guarantees: Therapy outcomes vary; we cannot guarantee specific results.
Client Responsibility: You are responsible for determining the suitability of our services for your needs and implementing recommendations at your discretion and risk.
Online Sessions: We are not liable for technical or data issues during online therapy sessions.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by Australian law, and Sister Healing Centre is not liable for claims arising under international laws or regulations.

Service Information

Therapy services are available as 50-minute sessions (standard), with shorter or longer formats offered after assessment.
Tele-therapy requires:

• A stable internet connection
• A quiet, private space free of distractions
• A suitable device for video communication
• Clients must refrain from potentially hazardous activities (e.g., driving) during teletherapy sessions.

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are over 18 years of age and accessing services for yourself.
• You understand that sessions are conducted in English.
• Private health insurance and third-party funding may apply; however, verifying eligibility is your responsibility.

Your personal information and session content are confidential. However, exceptions may apply if:

• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
• Disclosure is required by law, such as court orders or police investigations.

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur the full session fee.
Payment is due at the end of each session, processed via a securely stored credit card. Refunds are not available for delivered services.
Failure to attend or cancel more than two consecutive sessions may result in the discontinuation of services.
